Bagel Miller
About
A Lincoln Square bagel shop with hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels, generous bagel sandwiches and a full espresso bar.
What to order: The lox sandwich, or the beef pastrami with giardiniera cream cheese
A Lincoln Avenue bagel shop that grew out of the neighborhood bakery Baker Miller. The bagels are hand-rolled and kettle-boiled, and the sandwiches are the reason to go: the lox sandwich comes piled high, and the pastrami gets a Chicago twist with giardiniera cream cheese. The schmears lean local too, with gochujang and giardiniera among them. There's a full espresso bar for the coffee.
