A west Lakeview craft beer shop that grew into a taproom and kitchen, so you can pull something special off the shelves or settle in with the house lager Phase Three brews just for them. It started in 2016 as a shop built around the stories behind each beer, and the taps still rotate through Chicago breweries alongside out-of-town names like Other Half. Each year it also makes a collaboration IPA with Noon Whistle.
