Jibaritos y Más opened this second restaurant on Harlem Avenue after its Logan Square original outgrew its space, and it brings the same deep jibarito menu out to Dunning. Beyond the classic steak, you'll find versions filled with ropa vieja, churrasco, morcilla, even octopus and shrimp, plus a Cubano. The one to get is the lechon: tender, rich roast pork that isn't greasy, with garlic mayo between crisp, light plantains. For anyone on the Far Northwest Side or in Oak Park, it's a much shorter trip than Humboldt Park.
